Caucasian Seasoning – a blend of aromatic spices and herbs characteristic of the cuisine of Caucasian countries.**

It is used for preparing dishes with pork, veal, beef, lamb, and chicken, as well as sauces and marinades.

25 g of seasoning is enough for preparing 1.5 kg of meat.

For baking, rub the meat with the seasoning and leave to marinate for 45-60 minutes.

For stewing, add the seasoning to taste 5 minutes before the dish is ready
