Used for preparing marinades for homemade preserves.
Recommended Pickling Recipe:
Place fresh herbs (horseradish leaves, dill, parsley, black currant, and cherry leaves) at the bottom of clean, sterilized jars.
Wash cucumbers of the same size in cold water and pack them into jars.
Prepare the Marinade:
Pour the contents of the packet into 5 liters of water, add 200 g of salt, 600 g of sugar, and 900 ml of 9% vinegar. Stir well and bring the marinade to a boil. Boil for 2–3 minutes.
Pour the hot marinade (at 80°C) into the jars with cucumbers, cover with metal lids, and sterilize:
1-liter jars – 8 minutes,
3-liter jars – 15 minutes.
Seal the jars tightly, turn them upside down, and allow them to cool.
