Sea Salt – a type of natural sedimentary salt, harvested by evaporating pure seawater under the influence of sunlight. It differs from regular table salt by containing significantly higher levels of minerals and trace elements – K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn.
Sea salt is used in the preparation of soups, main dishes, salads, and side dishes.
Recommended daily intake – up to 5 g.
