Used for glazing and decorating confectionery products such as cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
How to use:
Mix the contents of the package with 2 tbsp of hot water and 50 g of butter until smooth.
Stir and cook over low heat for 2–3 minutes until dissolved.
Apply the ready glaze to the surface of the confectionery product.
