Seasoning for Marinating Herring is used for marinating herring fillets and other fish at home using traditional recipes.
Usage Instructions:
For the marinade, add 40 g of seasoning to 0.4 l of water, bring to a boil, and add 15 ml of 9% vinegar. Cool the mixture. Wash and dry the herring fillets, place them in a glass container, and pour the cooled marinade over them. Leave the fish in the refrigerator for 12 hours to marinate.
Recommended dosage: 40 g of seasoning per 0.7 kg of herring fillets.
The seasoning contains salt.
