Seasoning for Meat

This seasoning is used for preparing various pork or beef dishes.

25 g of seasoning is sufficient for 1.5 kg of meat.

For roasting, rub the meat with the seasoning and let it marinate for 45-60 minutes.

For stewing, add the seasoning to taste 5 minutes before the dish is finished cooking.

The seasoning contains salt.
