Ingredients:
✔️ Large bananas – 4 pcs.
✔️ Dark confectionery cocoa – 8 tbsp. (heaped)
✔️ Vanilla sugar – 10 g
✔️ Sugar – 2-3 tbsp.
✔️ Eggs – 4 pcs.
✔️ Baking powder – 2 tsp.
✔️ Chocolate glaze (optional
Preparation:
Cut the bananas and place them in a bowl. Add cocoa, vanilla sugar, baking powder, regular sugar, and eggs.
Blend everything with a blender until smooth. Then, transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for up to 30 minutes.
The brownie should be moist. If desired, drizzle with chocolate glaze on top.
Eat once cooled, but for the best texture, place it in the refrigerator—it will resemble airy chocolate!
This brownie is low-calorie, so its taste differs from a traditional brownie—it’s not overly sweet but very healthy and delicious.
