Himalayan Pink Salt (Halite) – a natural, unrefined crystalline salt harvested from the Himalayas. It is less salty in taste compared to regular salt and has a pink color due to the minerals it contains. Pink salt is used for soups, main dishes, salads, and side dishes.
Himalayan salt is added at the end of the cooking process.
