Sea Salt – a type of natural sedimentary salt, harvested by evaporating pure seawater under sunlight. Unlike regular table salt, it contains a significantly higher amount of minerals and trace elements – K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn, and is additionally enriched with iodine.

Iodized sea salt is used in daily diets to help prevent iodine and trace element deficiencies.

Recommended daily intake – up to 5 g.
