Agar is a plant-based gelatin substitute made from red seaweed. It is used in the preparation of marmalade, marshmallows, soufflés, ice cream, dairy gelatin desserts, and yogurts.
Usage Instructions:
Mix 2 g (1 tsp) of agar with 200 ml of fruit juice, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring until fully dissolved. Pour into molds and refrigerate.
It sets at room temperature.
