Usage Instructions:

Hot Method: Rub the lard or ham well with the seasoning on all sides, wrap in foil, and bake.

Cold Method: Rub the lard well with the seasoning on all sides and place in a cool place. After 24 hours, the lard is ready to eat.

25 g of seasoning is sufficient for preparing 2 kg of lard.

The seasoning contains salt.
